There’s something about the last baby that makes you slow down. Makes you more mindful and cherish things just a little longer. It’s not that it’s more important but perhaps the coming to the end of a season in life that makes things a little bittersweet.

This beautiful mama just had her fourth baby. Fourth and last baby. When it’s your last you just know. You know things won’t last forever. You know how short each season is. You know how special this time is and the value of documenting every moment so you can cherish it forever. You know that time is a thief but that time is also so precious. You know that one day you will long for the very moments that caused you to feel overwhelmed and exhausted. One day you’ll miss the chaos.

You embrace each moment with grace and love because you just know. You know it will be the last time you feel those sweet baby flutters from within. You know it’s the last time you’ll feel those kicks and movements as life grows within you. You know this season is coming to a close. So you take it all in. Every minute of every day. What a beautiful blessing to have life growing within.
